Services
LeadsVibe provides two core services:
- Authorized B2B Data Sourcing: We source business prospect records (such as company name, business role, company domain, and business contact details) through authorized B2B data provider accounts for lawful business-to-business communication only. Provider names are not published publicly for contractual and business confidentiality reasons.
- Business Mailbox Setup: We provide Google Workspace mailbox setup through an authorized reseller account and configure Microsoft 365 mailboxes on client-owned subscriptions unless otherwise agreed in writing. We also assist with standard DNS authentication records such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
LeadsVibe uses an authorized Google Workspace reseller account. LeadsVibe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a reseller of Microsoft unless otherwise stated in writing.
Prospect Data — Permitted Use
B2B prospect data provided by LeadsVibe is intended solely for lawful business-to-business (B2B) communication. By purchasing a research package, you agree to:
- Use business contact information only for lawful B2B communication purposes
- Comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, CASL, and all other applicable laws and regulations governing commercial email and data use
- Include a clear and functional unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism in all commercial emails
- Honor opt-out requests promptly
- Not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the contact data to third parties
- Not use our services or data for spam, consumer targeting, harassment, deceptive marketing, or any unlawful campaign
LeadsVibe does not provide scraped or harvested personal consumer data. Prospect records are sourced through authorized B2B data provider accounts and are intended for B2B business use only. Provider names remain confidential and are not listed publicly.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific sales results, reply rates, inbox placement, email deliverability outcomes, or business outcomes. Contact data is reviewed at the time of research but may change over time. Results may vary based on factors outside our control.
Payments
All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are listed in USD.
Client Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for: (a) maintaining any client-owned third-party subscriptions; (b) complying with all applicable laws when using delivered prospect records and configured mailboxes; (c) obtaining any necessary consents for their business communications; and (d) reviewing each deliverable before use. Google Workspace services may be provided through LeadsVibe's authorized reseller account.
Prohibited Use
You may not use our services for: sending unsolicited bulk email (spam); consumer data collection or targeting; illegal activities; or any activity that violates CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, opt-out requirements, or the terms of service of any third-party platform.
Source Documentation
For confidentiality reasons, LeadsVibe does not publish the names of its B2B data providers on this website. Upon request during payment review, onboarding, or compliance checks, LeadsVibe may privately provide documentation showing its Google Workspace reseller authorization and proof that prospect records are sourced through authorized B2B data provider accounts.
Limitation of Liability
LeadsVibe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services or the prospect data provided.
Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
