Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are generally non-refundable once the setup process has begun.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are eligible for review under the following conditions:

  • Request is made within 7 days of purchase
  • The service has not been fully delivered
  • A clear technical failure on our end prevented delivery

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Services that have been fully delivered
  • Change of mind after setup has commenced
  • Issues caused by the client's own third-party subscriptions or platforms

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method when available. If a refund cannot be returned to the original payment method, we will contact the client to arrange a suitable resolution.

LeadsVibe provides B2B prospect data and mailbox setup services. B2B data is sourced through authorized provider accounts whose names are not published publicly for confidentiality reasons. Google Workspace services are provided through an authorized reseller account. Microsoft 365 setup is provided as configuration support for client-owned subscriptions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
